The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. CrossFit has sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable.
After looking at all sports and physical tasks collectively, CrossFit asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage.
Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, CrossFit's specialty is not specializing.
Crossfit 101 Course
This course is intended for you to learn the movements and principles of Crossfit. You will receive more 1-on-1 coaching in the course to get the proper education. This course will not only help you learn, but also make you feel more comfortable before joining one of our bigger classes.
6 Week Boot Camp
Join AFAA Trainer Leslie Harris for an all new 6 week boot camp starting August 12th! Currently offered M/W at 1030am. Free nutritional accountability group included!! This boot camp will incorporate body weights movements, high intensity interval training, core and accessory work to tone, tighten, and build muscle all while shedding unwanted fat. We offer child care services at our location for 8am and 915 CF, and daytime hiit classes. Every child is in an area, with a supervisor, that can be viewed from the main hallway, while the guardian will be working out.
